·     Dial 278-0818 outside the hospital.
·     At the Prompt, enter the 4-digit ID number,

     1-digit report type & 6-digit Medical Records #.

     (Note: To clear an incorrect # press “*#”.)

     REPORT TYPES

01    History & Physical

02    Consultation

03    Operative Report

04    Discharge Summary

·     At the tone begin dictating.

·     Press “3” to rewind & listen to dictation.

·      (Note: To delete dictation & re-dictate, press “#81”.

·     To dictate more than one report, press “5” after each report. System will instruct from that point.

·     To exit system, press ”9” at end of last report & hang up.

KEY PAD FUNCTIONS

2    RECORD/PAUSE: Press “2” to begin recording: press “2” to stop recording.

3    REVIEW: Press “3” to review last 3 seconds of dictation. When you hear the beep tone playback is finished, press “2” to dictate again.

4       HOLD: Press “4” to place your dictation on hold for up to 5 min. Press “2” to remove hold status.

5       END JOB: Press “%” if you want to end dictation of 1 report & start another.

7    FAST FORWARD: Press “7” to advance through review dictation after rewinding.

77    FORWARD TO END OF DICTATION: Press “77” to go back to the end of your dictation.

83   REWIND TO BEGINNING OF DICTATION: Press “83” to move to the beginning of dictation for review.

9    DISCONNECT: Press “9” to leave system. Always press “9” before hanging up.
