Resident Research Grants
General Information

To encourage residents and fellows to conduct research, DAGMEC holds two competitions each year for the Resident and Fellow Research Support Grant program.

Next Deadline:  Monday, March 17, 2008

Fall Deadline:  Wednesday, October 15, 2008

To help you prepare your grant application, we've organized these resources:

• The application guidelines describe the components of the application, the criteria reviewers will use, and the terms and conditions of an award.
• The cover page, a required component of your application, must be signed by your faculty mentor.
• Obtaining Institutional Review Board Review (IRB) and Approval
• Preparation of a Research Proposal  (by David E. Uddin, Ph.D., DABCC) outlines and describes how to develop a competitive proposal. The DAGMEC review committee strongly recommends all applicants reference this document.
